P20 Steel, also known as DIN 1.2311, is one of the most widely used Cr-Mo series pre-hardened plastic mold steels. It is highly favored in the injection molding industry due to its excellent machinability, polishing capabilities, and photo-etching properties.
Since P20 Steel is pre-hardened, it requires no further heat treatment, making it ideal for direct processing. This steel provides uniform hardness and good dimensional stability, ensuring precision and long-lasting performance in mold making. It is commonly used for producing plastic injection molds, ensuring high-quality results in various molding applications.
